Not a princess, but clearly kid royalty

Miss Mouse certainly has a recognizable style. And according to her cartoon shorts, she's a fashion designer herself, so I hope she won't mind me copying her signature pink polka dots. This dress has a ruffle of smaller dot fabric around the hem to give the skirt extra movement and twirl.
